Brewers win 7th in a row, beat Huskies in Tuesday Wheatbelt play

Make it seven wins in a row for the County Brewers.

They were able to add to their lead atop the Wheatbelt Baseball League standings with an 11-6 win over the Grimshaw Huskies last night in Rycroft.

The game was played in Rycroft so that the teams could meet halfway.

With the victory, the Brewers move to 7-1 on the season. The Peace River Stampeders are in second at 6-4.

Those Stampeders are in action tonight, as they host the Rycroft Rage. First pitch goes at 7:15.

The County Brewers are back at it tomorrow when they travel to Rycroft again to play the Rage. The Huskies will also host the Manning Mets on Thursday.
