Relay For Life Set to Go in Grande Prairie

The annual Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay For Life event goes Saturday at Legion Field.

Around 100 people on 16 teams are slated to take part in the 12 hour event, which raises funds for Cancer research and support.

Organizers say they are already halfway towards their fundraising goal before the event even starts.

Relay for Life begins at noon.
