Brewers extend winning streak to 9

The County Brewers continued their hot play Sunday night in Peace River in a battle of two of the top teams in the Wheatbelt Baseball League.

The Brewers scored 3 in the 3rd inning which helped vault them to a 5-3 win over the Peace River Stampeders.

One of the major factors in the win for the Brewers was their play on defence.

The Brewers committed just 1 error in the win while Peace River had 7.

With the win, the Brewers have now won 9 straight and sit with a 9-1 record on the season.
