RCMP investigating robbery at Grande Prairie north end gas station

Jun 27, 2019 | 4:46 PM

Grande Prairie RCMP are looking for two suspects after a robbery at a north end gas station in Grande Prairie earlier this month.

The robbery occurred on June 2 around 3 a.m., where two males restrained the lone employee working at the time and made off with the cash registers, as well as the employee’s debit cards and phone.

The suspects also attempted to drive away with the ATM.

The two men got away in an older model, dark coloured Jeep Cherokee (pictured above). They were wearing dark, tight fitting clothing and were wearing black balaclavas and gloves. Both men are described as in their 20-30’s and one was described as Caucasian. The heavier one of the two men (pictured below) was wearing a Helly Hanson jacket.
