Bensmiller snags top time of Day 7 of Rangeland Derby

Day 7 of the Rangeland Derby at the Calgary Stampede went Thursday night and Logan Gorst continues to lead the way on aggregate.

However, the day belonged to Kurt Bensmiller.

Bensmiller had the top time of Day 7 of the Derby at 1:11.12.

He now sits 11th on aggregate.

Logan Gorst managed to keep his spot at the top of the leaderboard with his time of 1:11.65 Thursday.

Gorst’s time on aggregate after 7 days of competition is 8:39.99.

He is over a second ahead of Todd Baptiste who remains in 2nd.

Day 8 of the Rangeland Derby goes Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
