Czech man dies hiking in Alberta

A hiker has died after falling from Crowsnest Mountain in southwestern Alberta.

RCMP say the 58-year-old man was from the Czech Republic.

He was hiking with two friends when he fell on Wednesday.

Efforts are being made to recover the body.

Police say his name will not be released.
