Work continues to find a permanent home for pickleball

Jul 14, 2019 | 7:00 AM

Efforts to find a permanent Grande Prairie home for a pickleball court continue.

Courts at the Leisure Centre are now considered the best option.

Those courts would need about $100,000 worth of work.

A city committee heard Tuesday the pickleball club is working on fund raising, plus has been given $20,000 from 2018 Alberta Summer Games legacy funds.
