Rage return home looking to take commanding lead in Semi-Final with Stampeders

After a weekend off the Wheatbelt Baseball League post-season will resume Monday night.

Game 2 of the semi-final series between the Rycroft Rage and the Peace River Stampeders will go in Rycroft with the Rage looking to take a stranglehold in the best-of-five.

Rycroft currently leads the series 1-0 following a tight 2-1 win last Wednesday in Peace River to steal home field advantage.

First pitch for Monday night’s Game 2 is at 7:15 p.m. in Rycroft.

The other league semi-final between the County Brewers and Manning Mets will begin Tuesday night when the Brewers host Game 1 at the Crosslink County Sportsplex.
