AA GP Reds 11U have good final tune-up ahead of Provincials

It was a busy weekend at Evergreen Park this weekend on the diamond for the AA GP Reds 11U squad as they hosted three teams this weekend for 6 games total.

The weekend wouldn’t start the way the boys from the Swan City would have liked as they fell to the Red Deer Braves in their opener.

However, they would bounce back in the 2nd game of the weekend Sunday morning with an 8-7 win over the Bonnyville Braves and then cap the weekend off with arguably their best performance, winning 4-0 against the Drayton Valley Giants.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good of a weekend for the GP Reds 13U team.
