B.C Peace Highways to receive improvements this summer

Construction season is well underway in the Peace Country and Monday the B.C Government announced 4 highway improvement projects for B.C Peace Highways.

3 of the 4 of those highway improvements will take place on Highway 97 by Dawson Creek, Taylor, and Fort St.John.

52.8 km of the highway near Dawson Creek will receive re-surfacing, 6.5 km near Taylor will have overlay asphalt work done and a 45 km stretch by Fort St.John will receive re-surfacing work.

Sealcoating work will also be done for a 58.9 km stretch of Highway 52 near Tumbler ridge.
