Vigen claims Battle of the North title

The 2019 edition of the Battle of the North Championship in Dawson Creek is in the books and Chance Vigen is this years Champion.
Vigen claimed the crown in a penalty free Championship final heat with a time of 1:20.59.
He edged out Kurt Bensmiller by just 9 one-hundredths of a second to earn the $10,000 bonus cheque.
This was Vigen’s second victory of the season as he won back in June in Saskatoon.
