Grande Prairie, Whitelaw men charged in break and enter in Tangent
With the help of community members, firefighters and a helicopter pilot, two men have been charged following a break and enter in the small community of Tangent on Monday.
McLennan RCMP were called to a residence in that community around 3:00 p.m. on August 12, after a homeowner arrived home to find three suspects had broken into their home. The suspects quickly fled the scene in a car as the owner arrived home. The car was later found to be stolen out of Grande Prairie.
With the help of the above-mentioned citizens, the suspects were brought into custody soon after.
42-year-old Jesse Paquin of Grande Prairie and 27-year-old Colton Breuer of Whitelaw have each been charged with possession of stolen property, break and enter, obstruction and several counts of breach of conditions. An adult female was also arrested but was not charged and released.
