Final day of Pack it for Pets in support of In the Woods Animal Rescue

Suzie Q’s Auto Detailing is hoping to fully “Pack it for Pets” today in support of In the Woods Animal Rescue.

The business has been seeking donations to fill a cargo trailer full of pet necessities since the end of July, with today being the final day that they will be accepting donations.

“Our goal is to fill a 25-foot enclosed trailer full of dog food, cat food, litter, bedding, collars, leashes, anything they can use at the rescue,” said Sheena Nooy with Suzie Q’s Auto Detailing. “We’re hoping to have it filled by Saturday and haul it out there on Sunday.”

Nooy says there will also be a BBQ going on, by donation.

“So, the BBQ will start at 11 a.m. and then we will be collecting donations until 6 p.m.” said Nooy. “Hopefully, if anyone can drop anything off, it would be appreciated.”

In the Woods Animal Rescue is a non-profit shelter that has been operating in the Nampa area since 2013.
