Storm visit Wolverines to begin exhibition home-and-home
The Grande Prairie Storm begin the final week of the pre-season tonight, as they visit the rival Whitecourt Wolverines at the Scott Safety Centre.
That game will be the front half of a home-and-home to close out the exhibition schedule for the Storm, with the latter game going Thursday night at Revolution Place.
The Storm have enjoyed a strong showing from their young squad this pre-season, as they have gone 3-1 following a three-game swing into B.C. last month and a victory over the Bonnyville Pontiacs in Westlock on Friday.
The Wolverines, though, have been equally as impressive in the exhibition campaign, posting a 3-0 record to this point with a pair of wins against the Sherwood Park Crusaders and a victory over the Drayton Valley Thunder.
