Suspicious death ruled homicide, victim identified

A 28-year-old man from Grande Prairie has been identified as the victim in what police now describe as a homicide.

Mounties say Cody Michaloski was found dead in an apartment along Poplar Drive early Sunday morning.

An autopsy done in Edmonton determined that he had been murdered.

No other details are being released.

The Edmonton Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
