Two dead after collision southwest of Calgary

Two drivers have been killed in a collision between a car and an SUV in foggy conditions in the Crowsnest Pass southwest of Calgary

RCMP say the vehicles collided yesterday south of Maycroft Bridge and the car was then struck by a semi.

The lone occupant of the car – a 34-year-old man from Leduc – and a 59-year-old man from BC who was driving the SUV were killed.

Police say a female passenger in the SUV is in a Calgary hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
