County Regional Fire Services were called to a fire at a home southwest of Bezanson early Tuesday morning.
Crews from the Bezanson, Clairmont and Dunes stations were called to a home near Highway 670 and Range Road 35 at around 5:30 Tuesday morning, where they found the front section of the home engulfed in flames. Crews quickly began work to prevent the fire from spreading through the rest of the home and were able to get it under control as additional help came from the Teepee Creek, Debolt and Wembley fire stations.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation at this time.
The fire had briefly closed a stretch of Highway 670 this morning, but the County says the road is fully re-opened.
