Grande Prairie RCMP have charged three more individuals in relation to the rash of break and enters the City saw between July and October.

Police say they received approximately 60 reports of break and enters to local businesses in Grande Prairie between July 11 and October 4 of this year. An investigation into those incidents led to the arrest of two Grande Prairie men last month: 49-year-old Yvan Landry and 38-year-old Clifford Dranchuk. A plethora of alleged stolen items were also seized at that time.

As RCMP continued their investigation, another search warrant was executed last month, where three more men have been charged in this case.

22-year-old Alexis Jervis, 44-year-old Vincent Hooper and 50-year-old Randy Vander Veen are now each facing 14 Criminal Code charges, which include possession of property obtained by crime, both over and under $5000.

The three men have been released from custody and are to appear in Grande Prairie court on January 2, 2020.

The RCMP thank the public for their assistance in the investigation.
