Storm go for three

Storm head to Whitecourt looking for third straight win

Nov 15, 2019 | 12:36 PM

The Grande Prairie Storm will look to make it three wins in a row as they head down Highway 43 tonight to take on the Wolverines in Whitecourt.

These two met back on Tuesday at Revolution Place, where the Storm claimed a 4-3 win, thanks to Jackson Wozniak’s first goal of the season late in the third period to hand the Storm the victory. The win also gave the Storm a 2-0 record against the Wolverines this year.

The Storm will then return home for a date with the North Division leading Sherwood Park Crusaders on Saturday night at Revolution Place. The Crusaders will come to GP with a 21-2-0 record, and claimed the only meeting with the Storm back on October 27 with a 4-1 win in Sherwood Park.

Tonight’s game between the Storm and Wolverines can be streamed online with Hockey TV.
