Wolves basketball teams looking for first wins this weekend

GPRC’s men’s and women’s basketball teams will both be looking for win #1 on the season this weekend, as they get set to host the King’s University College for double headers this weekend.

Both team’s come in with 0-6 records, following season opening losses to NAIT, Concordia and Augustana respectively.

The women tip off at 6:00 at the GPRC gym, while the men will follow at 8 this evening. They will conclude the double header Saturday afternoon with game times of 1 and 3 p.m.

Meanwhile, the volleyball teams hit the road to Edmonton to take on Concordia in a double header.

The women enter with a 3-3 record on the season. The men are still searching for their first win.
