No injuries reported in Stony Plain School Bus rollover

STONY PLAIN, Alta. – RCMP say a school bus with about three dozen students on board rolled over this morning near a community west of Edmonton.

Police say no serious injuries were reported following the accident about 8 a.m. north of Stony Plain.

Early information indicates the students were from Evergreen Catholic Separate School and Parkland County School divisions.

RCMP officers, emergency response units and school representatives responded.

Mounties say the students’ parents have been contacted and the school is providing support.
