Lars Kaliel made 30 saves and Brody Dale had a goal and an assist to pace the Storm to a 4-1 win in Lloydminster on Friday night.

Carter Myrol, Devin Sutton and Lukas Jirousek also scored for the Storm, who improved to 9-15-1 on the season and moved into sole possession of sixth place in the AJHL’s North division, one point back of fifth place Drayton Valley.

Friday’s game was the start of a three game in three day road trip for the Storm, who snapped a two game losing streak with the win.

The two teams will meet again Saturday night in the Border city.
