Five facing charges after stolen vehicle recovered east of Fairview

Five people are facing charges after Fairview RCMP recovered a stolen vehicle on December 27, 2019.

Fairview RCMP say they received a call at approximately 11:00 p.m. from a concerned citizen of a possible stolen vehicle and suspicious persons in a rural area east of Fairview.

The vehicle was located by RCMP where all occupants fled except for one female who was taken into custody.

Fairview RCMP, with help from Peace Regional and Grande Prairie RCMP Police Dog Service, found and arrested the other occupants.

23-year-old Hayes Fuller-Garrand of Warburg is facing charges of:

  • possession of stolen property over $5,000
  • possession of break-in instrument
  • breach of undertaking by possessing ammunition
  • breach of no contact conditions of undertaking

42-year-old Carlamae Underwood of Peace River is facing charges of:

  • possession of stolen property over $5,000
  • possession of break-in instrument

33-year-old Cassidy Killkenny of Edmonton is facing charges of:

  • possession of stolen property over $5,000

43-year-old Bradley Blake of Fairview is facing charges of:

  • possession of stolen property over $5,000
  • failure to comply with probation

47-year-old Dennis Ford of Clairmont is facing charges of:

  • possession of stolen property over $5,000
  • failure to comply with recognizance
  • possession of methamphetamines

All individuals have been released with conditions following judicial interim hearings.

Fuller-Garrand, Underwood and Killkenny are to appear in Fairview Provincial Court on January 22, 2020. Blake and Ford are to appear in court on February 26, 2020.
