Police looking into homicide of 34-year-old in Wetaskiwin

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit is investigating the death of a 34-year-old man in Wetaskiwin, and have deemed it a homicide.
Members from Wetaskiwin detachment responded to a complaint of a deceased male at a home in that city around 10 p.m. on Jan. 3. The male was confirmed on scene to have passed away.
Major Crimes then took carriage of the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing, and there is no further information available at this time.
