Canmore man facing child pornography charges

A 49-year-old man from Canmore, Alberta is to appear in court Wednesday, January 15, to face child pornography charges.
An investigation by RCMP and the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams internet child exploitation unit led to a Canmore home being searched last Thursday.
David Aschim has been charged with making child pornography available to others, possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.
He was previously released on bail with conditions that include he have no contact with any child under 16.
