JDA Kings vs Sexsmith Vipers

The County of Grande Prairie JDA Kings will look to get back in the win column tonight against the Sundown Oilfield Sexsmith Vipers.

The JDA Kings have struggled since coming back from the Christmas break. The team has dropped three of their last four games in 2020 and have dropped five of their last six games in total.

The Vipers have struggled this season. The team has a league worst 10 points and hasn’t won a game since November 16 against the JDA Kings.

Puck drop for tonight’s game is set for 8:30 at the Crosslink County Sportsplex.

Fort St. John Huskies @ Dawson Creek Junior Canucks

Two of the top teams in the NWJHL go head to head in Dawson Creek. The Junior Canucks have won five straight games since December 21. Their last loss came against the Huskies, where they fell 8-1 on December 18.

The Huskies enter tonight’s contest leading the league with 46 points on the season. The team has won seven straight games since December 7. During that stretch, they’ve outscored their opponents 49-13.

The game gets underway from Dawson Creek tonight at 8:00 p.m. from the Memorial Arena.
