Grande Prairie-raised man again seeking CPC leadership

Grande Prairie-raised Rick Peterson is taking a second run at the leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada.

Peterson announced he is entering the leadership race Wednesday at the High Arctic Energy Services location in Acheson.

Peterson was among those who ran against eventual winner Andrew Scheer in the 2017 leadership contest.

Peterson is a businessman who runs a company called Peterson Capital.

He and his wife recently moved back to Alberta, settling in Spruce Grove after living in Vancouver for many years.
