Pirates even up series with win in Grimshaw

The Falher Pirates got a much-needed victory in Grimshaw Thursday night, defeating the Grimshaw Huskies 5-3 to even their best of five NPHL Quarter Finals series at 1-1.

This game went back and forth for the first two periods. The Huskies would score, and the Pirates would answer right back.

Eventually when the game was tied at 3-3 in the second, the Pirates would take a 4-3 with a goal coming from Dakota Conroy who earned his second of the night.

Midway through the third period the Pirates would add another goal from Darren Kramer who would put the Pirates up 5-3 and sending them to a victory.
