Storm’s Nathan Morgan named to AJHL All-Academic Team

The Alberta Junior Hockey League announced Wednesday morning that Storm forward and Union College commit Nathan Morgan has been named to the 2020 AJHL Inter Pipeline All-Academic Team.

The All-Academic Team features players who have shown dedication to their studies at either the high school or post-secondary level. Each AJHL team recognizes one player as part of this initiative.

“These athletes display incredible teamwork and pursue excellence both on and off the ice,” says Christian Bayle, President & CEO of Inter Pipeline, in a release from the AJHL.

Morgan is in his senior year of high school at Charles Spencer, where he has earned straight A’s to this point.

On the ice, the 18-year-old forward also sits third on the team in points (12 goals, 14 assists).
