Game 3 Comets @ Athletics

The Grande Prairie Athletics look to gain a 2-1 series lead in the best of seven NPHL semi-finals series tonight at the Coke Centre when they host the Manning Comets.

Manning evened the series up at 1-1 Tuesday night when they defeated the Athletics 2-1 in overtime at home.

Grande Prairie has dominated home ice all season and hasn’t lost at the Coke Centre since December 6 against Dawson Creek.

Game three is set for 8:30 p.m. tonight.

Game 2 Fairview Flyers @ County of Grande Prairie JDA Kings

After a lengthy game one that saw the JDA Kings win 5-4 in double overtime Tuesday night in Fairview, the Kings will seek to push the Flyers to the brink of elimination at the Crosslink County Sportsplex in game two of the best of five series in the NWJHL quarterfinals.

Their last meeting at the Sportsplex came on February 8, when the JDA Kings fell to the Flyers 7-6 in overtime.

In their regular-season series, the Flyers went 5-1-2 in eight games against the JDA Kings.

Puck drop tonight is 8:30 p.m.
