Three of 15 escaped bison still at large; believed to be near Valhalla

Beaverlodge RCMP say most of the bison that escaped from a parked trailer at the Husky station in Hythe on Tuesday evening have been rounded up.

Police say only three of 15 that got away remain on the loose.

They are asking drivers to watch for stray bison along the roads as they think the animals still at large may be headed towards the Valhalla area.

Anyone who sees them should contact the Beaverlodge RCMP at 780-354-2955
