Shots fired, man wounded, in Fort St. John home invasion

Fort St. John RCMP say a man had to be taken out of province for treatment after he was shot during a home invasion Thursday morning.

It happened at around 4:20 a.m. BC time at a home on 101 Avenue in Fort St. John.

Police say the man is in stable condition.

Mounties think this was a targeted shooting and there is no danger to the public.

The investigation continues.
