Beaverlodge CAO takes leave of absence

The Town of Beaverlodge Council is notifying the public that the Town’s Chief Administrative Officer, Karen Gariepy, has been granted a Leave of Absence.

Gariepy’s leave was given due to ‘personal extenuating circumstances,’ according to a release from the town. Gariepy’s return date has not yet been determined.

Tina Letendre has been appointed Acting Chief Administrative Officer while Gariepy’s on leave.

The release says the Council and Town Staff will support Gariepy during this time, and ‘send her our kindest regards.’
