Storm look to keep season alive against Saints

Mar 10, 2020 | 12:28 PM

After dropping game five in triple overtime against the Saints on Saturday night, the Grande Prairie Storm have their backs against the wall in a must-win game six tonight at Revolution Place.

Kaden Lane was solid in game five as he stopped 57 of 60 shots. Since he was given the starters crease in game three, Lane has stopped 131 out of 138 shots and has a save percentage of .949.

Game five saw the Storm penalty kill struggle again, it’s been a topic of discussion in the series as the Saints powerplay percentage is clicking at 47%.

Grande Prairie will need to stay out of the box and hope that the home crowd could help send this series to a seventh game back in Spruce Grove on Thursday.
