WATCH: COVID-19 in Alberta update for April 2

Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Deena Hinshaw and other provincial officials will provide an update on COVID-19 in Alberta at 3:30 p.m. Thursday

The province added 117 confirmed cases on Wednesday, bringing the province’s total number of cases to 871. There are now 51 confirmed cases in the North zone.
