City adjusting transit services, adding on-demand service for essential travel
The City of Grande Prairie is adjusting their transit service hours and adding on-demand evening hours.
Effective on Monday, April 13, weekday service from Monday to Friday will change for several routes, including:
- The frequency of Routes 1, 2, and 3 during peak periods will change from 30-minute service to 60-minute service.
- All routes will end about one hour earlier in the evening.
- Routes 1 to 4’s last bus will leave the Town Centre Mall at 7:15 p.m.
- Route 5’s last bus will leave the Prairie Mall at 6:35 p.m.
- Route 6’s last bus will leave the Eastlink Centre at 6:59 p.m.
