Weekend death in Grande Prairie ruled a homicide

An autopsy has determined that a 32-year-old man who died in Grande Prairie Saturday was murdered.

The Chief Medical Examiner in Edmonton has ruled the death was a homicide.

Police were called to a home near 106 Avenue and 102 Street early Saturday morning to help EMS with an injured man. he later died in hospital.

The Major Crimes Unit is still looking for 39-year-old Telford Randall Howe as a person of interest in the case.
