Rivals join forces on new-look Team Skrlik

Team Skrlik will have a different look for the coming season.

Nampa’s Kayla Skrlik, along with second Brittany Tran, will be joined next year by a pair of new teammates, Selena Sturmay and Ashton Skrlik.

A post on the Team Skrlik Facebook page says between the four, they have won four national and a dozen provincial titles.

The post adds Kayla and Sturmay skipped against each other 21 times over seven years with each winning about half the time.

Ashton and Kayla are sisters and previously played on the same team in junior curling.
