One new COVID-19 case confirmed in North Zone, Alberta adds 57
Alberta has 57 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the provincial total of active cases to 1,064. Of those new cases, one is located in Mackenzie County.
The Province has also announced one new death related to the virus, bringing the death toll in Alberta to 127.
Alberta’s hospitalization rate once again decreased, as the number of hospital admissions decreased by three from Saturday to 57. Two of patients are located in the North Zone.
The number of cases in intensive care has increased to nine, one more than Saturday. Those cases are located in the Edmonton (three) or Calgary (six) Zones.
