County of Grande Prairie FCSS to host ongoing family scavenger hunt

May 24, 2020 | 7:00 AM

The County of Grande Prairie’s Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is hosting a family scavenger hunt throughout the region.

The County will begin releasing clues on Monday, May 25 through their Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well as through the County’s website. Three clues will be released each week until June 29.

The clues are for different locations throughout the region, and once all have been answered, residents can complete an entry form and be entered into a draw for a family activity gift basket.

“County residents are encouraged to solve the clues, visit the site and take photos to share on social media using the scavenger hunt hashtag (#explorecountyofgp),” said County FCSS Director, Kathleen Turner in a release. “Entrants can also include the photos with their answers and each photo will given them an additional entry for the draw. We are hoping to have a great collection of photos of various sites from around the County at the end of the contest.”
