Storm acquire defenceman Vassos from Junior Ontario A Hockey League

The Grande Prairie Storm have acquired defenceman Cameron Vassos from the Collingwood Colts of the Ontario Junior Hockey League in exchange for future considerations.

The 18-year-old defenceman stands at six feet tall and weighs 176 pounds and is from Caledon, Ontario. Last season with the Colts, he registered 14 points in 41 games.

The move comes one day after Head Coach and General Manager Mike Vandekamp made a goaltender swap with the Penticton Vees of the BCHL, acquiring 20-year-old Carl Stankowski for 19-year-old Kaeden Lane.
