Grande Prairie RCMP locate woman missing since August

UPDATE: The Grande Prairie RCMP have announced that they’ve located Betsy Peecheemow safe and unharmed. Peecheemow was last seen in the Grande Prairie area on August 13, and was reported missing back on August 31. The RCMP thanks the public for their assistance.

Grande Prairie RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 39-year-old Betsy Peecheemow, who was last seen in the Grande Prairie area on August 13. Police believe she may be travelling to Prince George, B.C.

Peecheemow is described as:

  • 5’8” / 169 lbs
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes

There is concern for her well-being and RCMP would like speak with Peecheemow as soon as possible.
