County Regional Fire Service battling wildland fire in Kleskun Creek valley

Firefighters from the County of Grande Prairie Regional Fire Service are battling a wildland fire in Kleskun Creek valley near Range Road 31 east of Teepee Creek.
Firefighters were dispatched from Teepee Creek, Sexsmith, Bezanson and Dunes.
Currently, crews are battling the fire on the ground as well as by helicopter.
The fire department says that crews will be working on containing the fire until nightfall and will be back tomorrow to further action the incident. The fire department says the blaze is approximately one to two hectares in size and is not currently a threat to any property.
