RCMP Major Crimes Unit investigating suspicious death in Fairview

The RCMP’s Major Crimes Unit has been called in to investigate a suspicious death in Fairview.

Fairview RCMP responded to a home at 4:22 a.m. on Friday, November 6 on reports of an injured man. The man was found dead as police arrived.

Major Crimes has now taken carriage of the investigation. Police say this is believed to be an isolated incident and there is not believed to be any concern for public safety.

Police remain at the scene as the investigation continues. More updates will provided when they are made available.
