Peace Regional RCMP arrest man wanted on several warrants

Nov 18, 2020 | 5:30 AM

Peace Regional RCMP have arrested a man wanted on several warrants and who managed to flee from police in several previous attempts to pull him over.

Mounties say on November 9, the suspect was spotted in the parking lot of a shopping area in Peace River, where he was arrested.

He then took off, but other RCMP members who had been called in caught him again.

RCMP say this is the same person who was wanted for an incident in late August where a suspect took off from police and three similar incidents that happened between September 28 and 30.

Twenty-three-year-old Kyle Gordon Craddock of Peace River is facing numerous charges of flight from police and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. He is also facing theft, possession of stolen property and drug possession charges.

He will stay in custody until a November 23 court appearance in Peace River.
