UPDATE: Missing girls found safe

UPDATE: Grande Prairie RCMP say Aprilia and Murphy Jones have both been located safe and unharmed.

Grande Prairie RCMP are looking for the public’s help in locating a pair of young girls.

They say 13-year-old Aprillia Jones and 11-year-old Murphy Jones were last seen early Friday morning in the downtown area, but have been reported missing since Wednesday.

Aprillia is described as thin build, about 5-foot-4 and 85 pounds, with long black hair.

She was last seen wearing a green Thrasher hooded sweater, grey track pants, checkered Vans shoes, and glasses

Meanwhile, Murphy is described as petit, with honey brown, shoulder-length hair.

She was last seen wearing a black Thrasher hooded sweater, grey Champion sweat-pants, checkered Vans shoes, and glasses.

Police would like to locate and talk to the girls as soon as possible, as there is a concern over their well being.
