Hockey Alberta sets Monday deadline for reviewing return to league play

Hockey Alberta says it’s hoping for more information from the province by Monday to decide whether planning should continue for a minor hockey season.

The organization says in a news release that a decision about league play may not end all hockey for the season.

But it adds timelines for a safe return and the required safety protocols are still uncertain.

Hockey Alberta says teams should consider options for flexible programming, including skill development camps or exhibition games.
