School bus cancellations for Thursday, Feb.11

Peace Wapiti Public School Division says the 395 that serves Bezanson will not be operational for the morning run due to mechanical issues. The 361 and 405 that serves Whispering Ridge have been cancelled Thursday morning, as has the 407 in Beaverlodge and the 446 and 452 in Sexsmith, but all four will be back in operation for the afternoon run. The 355 that serves Whispering Ridge has also been delayed by five minutes.

Grande Prairie and District Catholic Schools have cancelled the bus services for rural routes 201, 203, 206, 209,212, 213, 217, 218, 222 and 230 for the entire day. Meanwhile, the 219 is running, but it’s 20 minutes behind schedule.

Peace River School Division has cancelled the morning runs of First Group’s 001; the 33, 39 and 52 in Peace River; Hines Creek’s 42, 43, 45 and 46; the 65 in Dixonville; as well as the 81 in Fairview Thursday morning. Also, the 88 in Fairview has been delayed by 30 minutes, while the 68 in Peace River is 10 minutes behind schedule.

Valhalla Community School says no school buses will not be in service for either the morning or afternoon runs.
