28 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Grande Prairie; 284 across Alberta
The City of Grande Prairie added 28 new cases of COVID-19 for February 13 along with 15 recoveries, raising the active case total in the city to 197 as of the end of day Saturday.
Meanwhile, there were 284 new cases added across Alberta following the completion of 7,972 tests. That creates a positivity rate of 3.5 per cent.
Those new cases mean the City of Grande Prairie accounted for 9.85 per cent of all new cases in the province. Over the last four days, Grande Prairie has added 85 new cases of COVID-19.
The County of Grande Prairie added five new cases and six recoveries, lowering the active case total there by one to 40.
