School bus cancellations for April 1

Several school buses that serve the Grande Prairie area have been cancelled.

Grande Prairie and District Catholic Schools says the buses that serve routes 218 in Grande Prairie and 217 in Spirit River are not running on April 1.

Meanwhile, Peace Wapiti Public School Division says the 378 and 407 buses that serve Beaverlodge, as well as the 324 in Clairmont, are not running.

All of the cancellations include both the morning and afternoon runs, and are the result of a lack of spare drivers.
